Aspirant is caught a bit off guard finding that all of Triala's people have retreated immediately.
Not just places that they were attacked or other places that are in the vicinity, rather they retreated from all resource points. He recalled the Telchines back to think and plan for the next step.
He did have an idea of just attacking the other parts of the territory, however he realized that it wouldn't have as big of an impact. Judging by the way Sam deals with stuff, he might just completely change his plan and abandon this place.
Even with all the effort he put that is a definite possibility for people like Sam who are decisive beyond reason.
So, he needed to find a balance here.
He shouldn't make Sam leave, and let him cling on to the hope. But at the same time, he shouldn't let him expand.
That was the whole point of this exercise anyway.
Aspirant and Ronx are now discussing strategy. As much as Aspirant didn't want to talk to him, he is the only one who has a clear idea of this planet's landscape.
"The Telchines are back. They took their original guard positions. But since most of land abominations are dealt with, there is no need to worry."

Both Aspirant and Ronx stood up hurriedly.

The Telchine nodded and both of them ran out. Aspirant prompted the Telchine to follow him and explain the situation.
He guided them to the window and showed Sam who is hovering the middle of the city. Half a dozen Telchines have surrounded while a bunch of other Telchines are nearby, covering his exits.
Sam waved his hand at Aspirant before he made a move.
Spatial blink got activated and he disappeared from the encirclement. The Telchines reacted quickly and sensed the spatial fluctuations to identify Sam's destination. However, the moment they did, what they saw was not Sam.
Instead a metal card came out of a spatial tear.
*BOOM*
With an explosion, spatial energy accumulated in the surroundings exploded. The nearest Telchne was blow away, with a serious injury on his chest and a bunch of spatial energy invading his body.
Sam reappeared at a different part of the city. There one of the Telchines who are originally running towards the direction of the explosion, halted in his tracks.
Sam gestured him to come and chase him.
Aspirant was about to bark some orders, but it was already too late.
As the cards glowed, they acted as nodes and created a formation around the Telchines.
At the same time, another formation was created around the mansion and third formation was around the city.
Sam who was walking held a card between his two fingers. He tossed it into the sky and aimed his handgun at it. He put in a special bullet. A bullet with liquid divine energy. Not just
spiritual energy, but Divine energy of Yanwu.
*BOOM*
The explosion was clear and the golden flames looked like a flaming golden cloud in the sky as
the card exploded. At that moment...
All the glowing cards in the formation around the Telchines glowed with the same golden
glow. The golden flames spread out and that is not the end of it. They all concentrated in the center covering all the Telchines and then the whole formation exploded.
*BOOM*
Surprisingly, the flames didn't spread out. The golden flames just circulated within the formation and melted everything. Every single thing. All that was left was a puddle of lava.
At the same time, the mansion is also emitting a similar glow.
A glow that made him feel extremely troubling.
The golden flames suddenly burned the whole mansion and created another explosion.

After that explosion is done, the cards started glowing all over the city walls. Unlike the previous times, the flames didn't cover within the formation, rather they extended out.

Sam walked away without turning back.
All the upperclass of the Ronx city has died. The defenses are gone. Telchines are dead too.
He wanted to kill the people of the city as well. In fact, that would have been easier. One
formation would have dealt with it.
However, he needed those people.
Triala's territory has too few people. Now with these additional members, things will be a lot
more easier.
He went back to Triala's territory and informed her.
"Ronx territory is down. Go and recruit those people. Open up all the resource points. I am
sure you can map out the area connecting the three territories.
From now on, all of that area will be in our control."
