Aspirant's entry gave a new lease to Ronx's life.
The fifty Telchine soldiers and Ronx slaughtered their way through the creatures and arrived on top of the wall of the settlement.
Aspirant immediately went to Ronx and said.
"I brought the help that I promised."
Ronx albeit smiling is sweating profusely like a pig.
After he noticed how Sam is progressing around Triala's territory, he got a bit impulsive and brought Aspirant from the forest into his settlement. He also showed the green colored portal that opened within the settlement to the aspirant.
The Aspirant is of course delighted.
He immediately explained how much of a pain in the ass Sam is with some exaggerations saying that Sam is but a genocidal maniac. Of course, even without that Ronx was happy to work with him just to keep his power and life.
So, Aspirant didn't have much trouble convincing him.
Ronx sang like a bird about most of the critical details of the planet. Aspirant made a promise that he will bring a lot of help and benefits along with him.
He did bring help in the form of Telchine soldiers, as for help...Aspirant didn't even have to go out for that. He noticed that even though the formation and inscription technology of this place are decent, the herbology, potion making and pills are trash here.
Their techniques are slow and inefficient.
Just the basic pills that every academy student can throw into trash just for the sake of it would be worth a shit ton here and he decided to take advantage of that.
He brought a bunch of potions, focused on recovery and cultivation aid.
He even used some trash potions to demonstrate the efficacy. He also brought some inscription scrolls just to keep them intrigued. After all, they have seen a demo of Sam's weapons. Even though Aspirant is not completely aware of what they are and how well they work, he needed some instant destructive weapons.
The inscription scrolls did just fine.
With the help of hub, these kinds of things developed way too fast in the academy realm.
So, he had no trouble promising them.
Now that he returned, he just decided to keep that promise as well.
He gave a spatial ring to Ronx.
"What exactly happened? You gave me so much heat just for killing a couple of these beasts. But now, so many of them have come?"
"I don't know either. These are all land abomination lackeys they are going crazy. From what the scouts said, there are still a lot more coming from all directions. I don't know what is happening.
Maybe the land abomination decided to take care of us all because of whatever that guy Sam did."
Aspirant thought for a moment and couldn't find a reason to refute or argue against that speculation.
That perfectly aligns with the way Sam behaves.
"Then we just need to clear these things faster than they arrive."
Aspirant said and was about to tell the Telchines to fight them off, but at that moment, they noticed something.
At one of the corners of the swarm, there is one creature that suddenly collapsed. As for why it was so eyecatching, it is because it is an elephant type beast that towered over the rest of the creatures. Apart from that, they saw a large vine around the creature and it seemed like the elephant with all its destructive strength was unable to let itself go.
They also saw that the vine is full of fruits that they have never seen before.
Even before they could comprehend what is happening, the elephant's body collapsed and turned into a withered skeleton. While it was happening, several other lackeys ran over it, stomping over the vines and crushing it along with its fruits.
Aspirant felt his throat go dry as he hesitated taking the fruit. Sensing his thoughts, the
Telchine explained.
"They are not harming us. They are explicitly attacking those creatures. I already tested it."
Then only the aspirant dared to take it. And there is only one thought ringing through his
head.
"It must be Sam."
There is no other explanation to it. If the vines are naturally evolved, then these people wouldn't have been in such a shitty situation. They would have already noticed the signs. And he is sure that no one in this world can develop something like this artificially.
If someone of that caliber is here, then there is no way they would be living the way they did. They would have had a much bigger occupancy than now.
And there are no other people other than Sam that came into this world who is worth some
salt.
So, even though he doesn't know how Sam can possibly make these, he is still sure that Sam is the one who did it.
"I need you guys to go on some scout duty. Search the surroundings of Triala's territory. See if they are facing the same issue as others. Also see how many general level creatures are there
in the surroundings.
With every abomination lackey moving, there is no way the generals are not. Based on what Ronx said, there should one at their territory and it should be attacking them.
Even if it is dead, make sure that you confirm it."
Telchines nodded and left.
He turned to Ronx and asked.
"I want you to tell me what other lackey groups are present within the range of Triala's
territory.
Land, Sky and water. Doesn't matter. I need to know every single one of them."
Ronx just nodded, even though he didn't understand why the other party asked such a
question.
He took him inside and explained everything in detail.
"We need to wait till the scouts come back."
Aspirant waited while constructing a clear plan.
While all of this is happening, Sam finally felt like he could get some results on the water
abomination front.
Because Mia finally sent him a message saying that a general level creature has come.
He immediately locked on to her location and travelled there through dimensional drifter.
Sam arrived in the middle of the ocean a few hundred feet beneath the water. Mia is not too far away from him and she is fighting against a humanoid creature. This creature looked pretty similar to a commander. However, instead blue scales, it is covered fully with golden
scales.
