"Princess, this guy is really shameless. You personally visited Reddy's family to help him. But he didn't even know how to thank his benefactor. What a waste of time..." The old man who sat in the driver's seat commented while staring at the receding back of Das.
"Old uncle, What's the use of all these useless words? He might be ungrateful, but not a betrayer. Because of him, taking this city under control became an easy task."
"Now we can move to Delhi. If we succeed in taking over that Capital city, this entire country will be in our hands." The Farus family princess said without caring about the carefree attitude of Das.
"Princess, I received the news that the Aries family had taken Shanghai (China) under control. We don't have much time. We need to act fast before the Aries family step foot in this country." The old man said this after starting the car's engine.
"Old uncle, don't worry. My brother has already started dealing with the local organisations in Delhi. Within one week, we can place our dog on top of that city." The princess replied with an arrogant smile, contrary to her usual kind demeanour.
Das sat inside his car, and after seeing the receding car of the Farus family princess, he started his engine.
After reaching the entrance gate, Das decided to park outside as a large number of cars were blocking the entrance road because of the gathering at the Reddy family. But strangely, the gate security reacted hurriedly after seeing him inside the car.
They personally escorted his car and cleared all the pathways for him. After getting down from the car, the Reddy family patriarch and the old man personally received him at the entrance of the main building.
All the guests who came to the Reddy family gathering were staring at him while he was getting out of the car.
Das felt dumbstruck after seeing this grand welcome for him.
"The patriarch of the Reddy family asked me to transfer ninety percent of the control to Das while keeping the other ten percent to themselves. You all bear witness to this transfer."
After giving a long explanation, Faruk gestured for Sana to pass the documents to the Reddy family patriarch. Without squeaking a single sound, Michael signed the transfer documents with a serious face.
Later, Sana passed the same documents to Das to sign. But first, Das asked Maria to verify those documents.
All the guests are staring at Maria with surprised faces. They never saw Maria taking orders from someone else. But with one word from Das, she obediently started studying the documents.
After Das signed the documents, Faruk verified the signatures one more time before announcing Das as the new head of the black market.
"I, Faruk, the head of the Abdullah family and servant of the black market, announce that from here on, Mr. Das is the new head of black market business in this city."
"Mr. Das, until someone challenges your position or you wilfully leave your control over the black market, my Abdullah family will serve you as the head of black market." Faruk bowed his head, and Abdullah family members, including old Abdullah, followed him.
At first, the guests hesitated to clap their hands. But once Ember started clapping, they followed her with loud cheering sounds. Das just sat calmly without caring about the piercing gazes and killing intents of the Reddy family.
"Hmmhh... Das, out of all my enemies, I never expected a nobody like you will backstab my family." The old man of the Reddy family who sat beside Das whispered with a laughing expression.
But Das just ignored his comment. He felt there was no use in explaining things to this old fox.
